Taniguchi Japanese Garden Bamboo Grove Grooming - 3rd Saturday of the month
Come to the Texas Bamboo Society (TBS) Meeting Dates on the third Saturday of each month at Taniguchi Japanese Garden, Zilker Botanical Garden from 9:30 am to 12 noon. Bring a saw, hand clippers and loppers and learn about taking care of the different species of bamboo as you become part of the Taniguchi Revitalization Project.

November 2007: Here are some pictures of the Stream Project in the Taniguchi Japanese Garden showing the Austin Pond Society fulfilling the wishes of the Texas Bamboo Society and repairing the leaks in the stream just above the bamboo display beds. The new trail, called "Lauren's Trail" in the Taniguchi Japanese Garden at Zilker Botanical Garden, Austin, TX is now completed.
